Read traveller storiesWe recommend booking at least 2–3 months ahead for the peak season (October to April) and 1–2 months ahead for the rest of the year. We can sometimes arrange last-minute trips, depending on availability.
Absolutely. Every journey on the site is a starting point. Add or remove days, change destinations, slow the pace, upgrade hotels or add special experiences. Tell us what you’d like and we’ll redesign it.
It starts with a short conversation or our online form. You tell us your interests, dates, group size and budget. Within 48 hours we send a detailed itinerary proposal, we refine it together until it’s right, then you confirm and we handle the rest.
Most of our journeys are private and tailor-made. We also organise group trips for churches, organisations and special-interest groups. Contact us for group pricing and arrangements.
For a first visit, 9–11 days comfortably covers Cairo, the Nile and either the Red Sea or Sinai. For a focused trip, 5–7 days works well. We also design longer journeys of 12 days or more.
Most nationalities can get a visa on arrival at Egyptian airports or through the official Egypt e-Visa portal. We send full visa guidance before you travel and our team meets you at the airport.
Egypt’s main visitor areas, including Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh, are well used to travellers, and tourist police are present at the major sites. We keep an eye on local conditions and adjust plans if needed.
October to April brings the most comfortable weather, around 20–30°C. Summer (May to September) is hot but quieter and often better value. We plan around the heat and the crowds to suit you.

What our guests say
A few words from couples, families, scholars and church groups we’ve travelled with.
GOSHEN turned our anniversary trip into something extraordinary. The private yacht on the Red Sea, the Nile cruise, our own Egyptologist: everything was seamless and deeply special.
Walking where Moses walked at Sinai, visiting the ancient monasteries and exploring the Land of Goshen at Tanis brought Scripture to life in ways I never imagined.
Our kids still talk about the camel rides at the pyramids and snorkelling in the Red Sea. GOSHEN made Egypt easy and fun for the whole family.
As an archaeologist I expected to know Egypt well, but our guide showed me details and lesser-known sites that surprised me. Exceptional expertise.
We’d been hesitant about Egypt, but visas, transport and hotels were handled so well that we never had a moment of worry. We’re already planning our return.
Our church group of 22 was looked after flawlessly. The commentary at each biblical site was profound and well researched. Several members called it the most meaningful trip of their lives.
